Caretaker

Wirksworth Town Council are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and flexible individual to join the small friendly team.
The Town Council buildings are operated 7 days a week and the caretaking team have a varied role. Working patterns can be flexible to suit the right candidate.
Work is on a rota basis during the week providing cover morning, afternoon, and evenings. In addition, caretakers work one weekend in 3 and there will be occasional late finishes. The role encompasses amongst other things: opening /closing the buildings, event set up, play area inspections, minor maintenance tasks and assisting with the weekly market. SCP Pay Scale: 3 £11.82 per hour + enhancements and overtime
